Leadership and volunteering
I founded the HFC Chess Club at my college and led it, which put me in a leadership role for my fellow students. Being self-employed has meant another major leadership role: I oversaw seven employees while maintaining customer relationships. In school I have always taken the lead on group projects, and my teachers believed in my capabilities. I am also a father, which is the lead role that matters most.
